The apartment leasing professional course is designed to teach students the skills essential to successfully leasing apartments in the multi-family housing industry.

What to expect after graduation
Graduates will have acquired the knowledge and experience to sit for the national Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) examination. Certified program graduates will be eligible for entry-level leasing positions with local employers. The CALP is often the first credential earned in a career in residential property management.

Eligibility Requirements
- Photo ID
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
(Social Security, Birth Certificate, Work Visa, or Green Card) - High School Diploma or GED required
- Must pass a background check
- Passing scores on entrance assessments
Note: All students must attend a mandatory orientation before the first day of class.
