GCTA Essentials ESL Course

Enhance your English skills for your family, professional, and personal success.

First class begins June 3, 2025!

Overview

Learn English as a Second Language (ESL) by taking our free Essentials class.

Essentials is designed to help mature adults aged 18 and older, and international citizens whose diplomas are not formally recognized in the United States, develop and improve their English language skills.

Each student receives personalized instruction by expert instructors who are passionate about helping learners at all levels, from beginner to advanced. Classes are small, averaging 10 students. This allows for more individualized attention and creates a family-like environment that promotes building connections with other students.

What you’ll learn:

  • Identify and understand the speech of another person
  • Communicate information and ideas so others will understand
  • Understand written sentences for everyday life and work purposes

What to expect after graduation

When you complete the course, you will receive a Certificate of Completion recognized by GCTA. The Certificate paves the way for you to receive an acceptance letter into GCTA’s career training programs.
